Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments at Rainforest Massage are reserved exclusively for you; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. In the event of a no-show, a 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to better serve all clients.

Please note that late arrivals will not be granted additional time, and the full session fee remains due. This policy is designed to help us provide effective service to all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Etiquette

Rude or inappropriate language and behavior, including sexual advances or suggestions, are strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of services and cancellation of all future appointments, with no refunds issued. We prioritize a respectful and safe environment for all participants. Thank you for your understanding.

Under Age Policy

Children are not permitted in the treatment room during services. However, children who can sit quietly are welcome to wait in the designated waiting area. Massage services are available for clients aged 16 and older, provided a parent or guardian signs a waiver. It is essential for the parent or guardian to remain on the premises during the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
